I hate wearing the emblem because so many bad players have it. What it represents now is players who think that the exotic emblem symbolises a good player. People who wear it generally believe that [just go to any LFG post these days] and in turn believing in that makes you a bad competitive player if you think that wearing that specific emblem puts you above others when your gameplay level is still generally sub par. I don't wear it for this reason, it places me in a general niche of high ego low performance players. I could understand it if the exotic emblem was actually something that represented a consistent good player, like if it was only awarded to players with a 2.5 k/d+ or something more consistent than a one time 7-1 win in a unranked playlist. But if you wear it, more powah to ya, I ain't hating on those who wear it because they like/want to wear it for whatever reason. I'm just stating the reason why I hate wearing it.
