There are certainly people that are threatening with everything, or at a very basic, snipers. That is the level of hardcore that guaranteed trials flawless passages should be awarded to. For the most part this is what occurs. The idea here remains: loot is distributed upon the lucky and the talented, think of the "lucky" aspect as just another grace of Destiny's RNG. Fight each other in a bracket in order to decide who stays in the bracket and gets loot? And then all the other brackets don't get rewards? That makes little to know sense; the brother Vance vendor actually provides good access to content without any lighthouse access whatsoever.
