Well, you are ok to leave if you back out after you already spawns, that gives you a loss and the other team a win and all is good.
What people were doing is leaving before the game loaded, that way it wouldn't count as a loss on their cards.
So I agree with you, if you leave you should get a loss, since they were leaving prior to that, then they got banned. Reasonable if you ask me

OP was saying he chooses who he loses to . the loss he "takes" is when he backed out after seeing a felwinters with a good roll , then goes back in and matches up with a team of 32, 33, 31, using oversoul edict , abyss defiant and Suros . all using secret handshakes as special and hunger of crota as heavy . and then if he loses to them, he'll take that loss . that's what he meant lol
