I got it to drop its on my Titan if you want to check it out. its post how due to the mark in the upper right corner of the icon. just in case you aren't sure if it was from this iron banner.

I'm not trying to yuck on your yum but I'd re-roll that Felwinter's Lie (on your Titan). The second column perk can be better with either Reinforced Barrel or Rifled Barrel. =)
