Vex no....mida(which I love btw) has a slow kill rate. If the thorn user is any good you have no chance.
Hawkmoon and red death can hang that's it.

I can juke all day with MIDA though.It makes me hard to hit

Hadn't used my vex much until this am. Had good games and bad games but the vex seemed to do really well against thorn.
