Just to fix your lies, red death has NO range. Damage fall off is a bitch with it.

Thorn deff has the red death on range(which is bs considering pistol vs rifle). Let's just say the red death does hit farther for s's & g's, thorn only has to poke his head out and tag you 3 times and dot will do the rest...you don't have to connect 2 full bursts(6 bullets) to the head to kill as you would red death. Thorn is for bad kids that need a crutch.

If you are sitting top middle where special ammo box spawns, you cant even shoot to the right side of the ring 2 (where old special ammo box used to spawn where snipers like to camp) without getting major damage fall off. I can shoot there without any damage fall off with praedyths timepiece. Same with the thorn. Please dont make these kind of posts since you are clueless. Thorn has send it Base stats red death has more range but since red death doesn't have that range boosting perk :/

Red death has less range even without send it. Have you ever used red death? Anyone who has knows that gun has no range. It operates best in the same range where last word is the unrivaled king and in long range fights, thorn stomps on it. It may have range in paper but not in reality.

I've never really looked at the exact stats. If you check my thorn and red death grimoire you'll see I've used both around the same

K.Let me point something out.I didn't bother to read it because you started out with an insult which just shows your immaturity.If you expect me to read it act like you're not 5.Red Death,while not as fast a killer as thorn,does have a couple perks that can allow you to beat it. 1.When you get shot by red death,it's like having 3 bullets land on you at once.It makes you flinch like crazy.This can make it almost impossible to land headshots with thorn if you can't even aim 2.You can strafe better with red death than you can thorn.I would assume you know nothing about strafing,but it's almost impossible with precision hand cannons.Since red death is a pulse rifle,you can fire your shots then strafe. How are you going to land kills if you're flinching and I'm moving everywhere?Youre not going to

You forgot one thing buddy. Not everyone has problems getting headshots. Some of us can aim at the head. Clearly, you have no knowledge about these weapons and to top it, you are a horrible PvP player. Do you know how I know it even when you hid your account? The last word is mythoclast level. A GREAT top tier weapon, but worst than both Thorn and Red Death.

Red Death's range isn't as good as Thorn's, but it's good enough to get around Destiny maps, which are all fairly CQC unless you play combined arms. And it's definitely better than Last Word's range. The RoF and kill time on the last word is great, but so is the Red Death's two shot kill. As far as your kd and skirmish and such, good for you. It's much higher than mine. Just because you're a good player with lots of kills doesn't make your weapon best. I'd win FFA games in Halo 4 using just a plasma pistol. Doesn't make it better than the BR.

Have you even used the last word or red death? If you have, you know that red death has more range on paper BUT in reality last word has more range. I have used and tested both weapons so I know the truth. Try doing the same.

I used The Last Word primarily until the last weapon update, when I switched to Red Death. The last two weeks, I've been using the Fulcrum just because I have more fun with it. The Last Word is a powerhouse, no doubt. It can shoot far, and accurately. But it's RoF drops off when you need to shoot at range, due to picking your shots more. That makes it less effective at range. Red Death can still shoot at its full RoF where the Last Word can't. Not to mention with how popular thorn is now, you'll survive the thorn poison with a kill, unless the lag registers the thorn shot AFTER you get your kill.
