Would someone mind taking a look at the hand cannon on my warlock? I think it could be one of the rarest in the game, it has explosive rounds and return to sender, it's pre dark below and i have never seen anyone using it, found it in my vault lol

You eejit its as common as muck! Had and dismantled at least 6 of them. Its no where near the better hand cannons in the game probably not even top ten
