It's the fact that if you back out while flying in it doesn't count as a loss as long as you change characters which is what some teams have been doing to go flawless so to deter people from doing this, they will temp ban repeat offenders. You won't get banned if you enter the match spawn and then leave bc that counts as a loss to you. I take my ass beatings like a man though and won't leave regardless of how good the other team "looks"
