Trials isn't built for a fair match up to give you the better odds of winning. It's a competition of all levels of skill. You enter at your own risk and if your good enough, then you reap the rewards. Honestly if you and your fireteam are ever backing out of a ToO match in fear of your opponents before even facing them, then maybe ToO isn't the game mode for you.
