The only way to be the best is to beat the best. Leaving games and getting no experience against good players is stupid. You'll always be a beta and never reach alpha status with that mind set.

True in ways, however not everyone is a pvp professional let alone getting a team with even 1 casual is not something that is ever going to be taught to them. Quitting and keeping your progress is a better outcome than having team mates nonstop complaining and arguing in the mic about it The only people who really have an issue with a free win are the over the top players who don't get a game. Even then they can take it as a compliment and bungie can see how broken pvp is

I have a problem with people who quit because they are pussies. -blam!- society and this new "everyone must be a winner" bullshit. You don't quit something you start. Simple as that.
