If your scenario is titans spawning with full super and warlocks without....
I could agree, but that is not the scenario.
A gun fight would have to take place until the first titan pops a bubble. (Or first warlock nova bomb who knows)

Yes... So until then it would be fairly even. Then everyone starts pulling out the big guns and this where Titans take the lead.
