Start off on the far left or right, where there's cover. He spawns an add called the eye of quodron, which is a glowing yellow-health hobgoblin. After about 2 minutes, the screen will say "quodron is searching for targets" and you will be incased in a bubble that does damage and will kill you if you can't break out. Killing he eye of quodron gives the person who killed it a buff called jailbreaker that lets them destroy the bubbles with ease with any weapon, but the eye of quodron can sometimes be hard to find, so when you can't find him and safely stay in cover, the easiest way of doing this is making sure you have a maxed out shotgun of some type with good fire rate and impact. 6 shots from a fully upgraded found verdict can break you out of the bubble fast and easy, without the jailbreaker buff. Then basically just stay in cover and shoot him with whatever you got, gally or whatever heavy you want to use, rinse and repeat. Really not that hard. And I just ran the 32 today and the 34 last night of quodron so I know this all works.
