I just recently decided to keep an Icebreaker and a Gjallarhorn for each character. Probably because my nightfall rewards one week were Icebreaker, Gjallarhorn, Icebreaker... followed by another Gjallarhorn as a raid drop less than an hour later. Made it an easy decision.
