FYI the OP literally JUST GOT black hammer because it's not even upgraded yet... As in he doesn't even know if it's the best sniper in the game because he can't even use it at full capacity yet!

These replies that call out a poster don't mean shit. He could easily have just gotten another and wants to level it. It's not rare enough to make a post about and be lying. Oh and I have 3 level 32s before you look at my profile and assume I have 30s and a 29 with your failproof logic
