Like any other weapon in the game, it's B-E-S-T in certain situations. For example, which sniper would be better utilized during a Nightfall or Weekly that has Arc burn (such as this week)? Black Hammer that has Solar or a stock LDR-5001 with Arc? You'll be putting out more damage per shot with the LDR than you would be with Black Hammer - especially against any Arc based shields. So in this situation, the LDR-5001 is far superior and is best option in this situation. And then there is the fact that it has one of the lowest stability and lowest reload speed. These attributes should be taken into account when judging what is the overall best sniper rifle in a game. Just like your original posting - this is my opinion.
