Get a team to do Vault of glass on level 26 . Also do the bounties and use the experience from them to level up weapons. Then you'll eventually be a high enough level to get a piece of armor, that once maxed out will get you to around 28 or 29. Then you can do vault of glass 30 and Crota 30.
