Eh. He just got the HCC pretty recently, and is just now admiring the glory of the fleet. Also, I defend the fleet cuz it's a damn good weapon, and BL2 is one of my favorite games ever.
Though I gotta admit, there are stronger weapons, like the Fat Man from Fallout. Literally a mini nuke.
