The PoE rocket launcher is going to be te new gally. Shoots 2 rockets, and is a legendary. Definetly better than hunger of crota, don't know if it'll be as good as gally but it's a legendary so it gives you a more flexible setup.

HoC sucks! I used it on my roommates ps4 and it is horrible. I've shot literally right next to an opponent and it'll shave off only half of their health. Then the cluster bombs do absolutely nothing and walk right through the explosions. Garbage
