Seems like the Hive have the advantage for Visual Spookiness and Sadism while the Vex take the 2nd Place for Psychological Terror and the whole "I'll wipe you out of the existence" thing!
Also, it seems we can all agree that the Fallen are not spooky at all.

Their ontological weapons only work in the Vault of Glass and the whole "are we a Vex simulation?" thing just seems silly. Admittedly, yes, they're all teleporting terminators, but the Cabal have them beat in the practical shoot-you-in-the-face factor. "[u]10/10 would drink space rum with[/u]": The Fallen. They're not all bad, and most of them are about the the same size as you. Would totally sit in a space tavern and sing star shanties with them before going off to plunder booty and make scrubs walk the space-plank.
