It's a primary hc with arc that works really well. Firefly helps of course, as does its legendary status.
Sure it's overhyped, but a lot of the good ones are.
I don't have an arc scout that does what the fatebringer does. I'd rather have arc dmg than kinetic, because I'll have more use for any burn than no burn.
For me, I'm taking fatebringer, Word of Crota and Vision of Confluence with me to 365 for burns and pve in general.

no, Firefly explodes on headshots, I mean explosive rounds which cases the damage to spread, best to take on thralls in The Abyss, and the first part of Omnigul.

Ah, I don't use explosive rounds myself, as they tend to make firefly and outlaw not proc. And in the abyss, I run mida.
