well... its kinda hard to top the norfleet or any borderlands weapons due to how much damage that can be pumped outta those thing... heck there are pistols in borderlands 2 that deal more damage than the gjallarhorn
so its kind of an unfair comparison

How about we scale the levels to match each other?

well in that case if both games had the same max level, than it is entierly possible both the norfleet and gjallarhorn would be doing the same damage. but thats just speculation on my part
