A suggestion to all the whiners out there.....
Your post isn't revolutionizing. It isn't thought out. It isn't even original. You are unhappy because RNG hasn't gone your way or your once beloved (most likely OP) weapon has been nerfed by other forum users like yourself. You are coming off as jealous, whiny, and trite.
The feedback forum should be used for developing new ideas, like ghost shells, game modes, enemies, anything but making it so the game is geared specifically towards just you having an advantage over everyone. There's a million other players out there. Don't be selfish. I agree that ARs could get balanced (not back to original but bumped up at least half DPS from the nerf), thorn may be tweaked a little.
However I cringe every time someone cries about no ghorn or xur not selling what they want. It is even worse when you bitch about nerfing ghorn because you are just showing the mentality of "if I can't have ghorn, no one can". I know the struggle I've been grinding out for an icebreaker for awhile and I haven't gotten it yet. I'm not going to whine and think I deserve a free one from special orders. I'm gonna keep going and keep trying, not ask for hand outs (trading posts really get under my skin).
All I'm saying is just use the feedback forum properly. Be creative. Don't come off as another whiner because no one will respect you for it. That is all.

1 ReplyI just wish people could be honest with themselves. A lot of people are not good at PVP. If that's you (I know it's me), just accept it and either practice to get better, stay comfortable with your current level of ability and just accept the fact that you're going to get killed a lot, or just not go into that portion of the game anymore. If you're dying a lot, it's not the weapon's fault...it's yours. Just accept that and you will be much happier, otherwise you're just going to be chasing the dragon, thinking the next buff or nerf will finally make you good at the game.

You shouldn't let it bother you so much. Let the children's (and adult's might I add) spoiled attitude shine like a bright light. With such a lack of character, self-control, and patience (and time), the destiny forums will be a complaining fest.

The RNG system favors me pretty strongly most of the time and I still hate it. Watching my friends get nothing but duplicate legendaries, shards, or fewer Strange Coins than me while I get more and often exotics for the same amount of effort time and again sickens me.
