Edited by Ehgroal: 5/3/2015 8:01:23 PMYou can only cheese with ONE character, and you stay un orbit 5 minutes before the event starts. I cheesed AND I competed in the IB this time round. With all 3 characters, two at rank 4 and my titans at rank 3. Most who cheese the IB, do so to get the gear early to be level up early. You forget that in order to cheese each time, you still need to get back up to rank before IB ends!!! All 3 of my characters will be at rank 5 before the event ends!

Some may have. I would think most competed in IB. Me and my friends did. Had great games, bad games and a lot of highly competitive games. No one cried about thorn, red death, Felwinter's. No one used the Titan bubble hunter super combo. We just played. Even though the bounties helped we ranked high enough for gear from winning. It took 5 days to get full rank averaging 4 hours a day. Getting Crota gear took 30 minutes.
