Seriously, how naive can people be? In the app it always shows the yellow line when the weapon is maxed out. In game however, it still doesn't show the yellow line because they patched it for HoW not before that.
How can people not know this by now? Lol...

If you maxed it out before the patched it, it shows yellow in game as well.

If you had it maxed before they removed the hive disruptor it shows the border in game
