What does the yellow border mean? Three quarters of my guns have them, the rest are fully leveled but have a white border.

1 ReplyNo one does unless you have the HoW update with hive disrupter perk restored. Until then my 3 maxed black hammers will continue to itch at my OCD need for completeness.
