Don't bother... People who still defend Bungie are simple and lack self-worth and integrity. They don't care about being taken advantage of, or deceived; they just want any virtual gratification they can scrounge up because they've failed to achieve anything IRL. I'm fine with there not being a raid, and I'm even cautiously excited for HoW, but I'm not fine with dishonesty and deception. The gaming industries offerings and practices will drastically improve when the majority of its patrons gain a little confidence and dignity, and turn from the shit that these publishers keep pushing out.

Decieved? No. They put all this in the terms that all of you are idiots and drama queens didn't read. You did this to yourself.

No, I got it... I knew they could change their game; I just didn't think there was enough coprophagiacs, such as yourself, that would eat it up if they did such a hack job. And, it's obvious your response is a little more dramatic and intense than what I've said: feeling a little insecure, perhaps? Lol, no worries... I want to say that I don't overestimate people very often- but you... my estimations just can't sink that low. Thanks for the necro bump, though. Edit: Haha, the more I read that god awful sentence of yours, the more I am compelled to tell you that you might want to work on framing your thoughts more intelligently. Especially, when you are calling someone else an idiot in that very abomination. Laters.

  • I support Bungie and I have a great life. I went to college studying Marketing and Management, have a wife, 2 beautiful little girls, a job and a home. When I saw Destiny advertised I didn't see the hype and didn't look at what all came with it. I saw a game. And Bungie sold me a game. I like playing this game, as does my wife at times. My daughters prefer Minecraft. I can't be mad at Bungie for anything because at the end of the day I have my life that I couldn't be happier with and a game to play in my free time. And I feel my life is nothing like you describe it.

  • That's nice. I just believed Bungie had the integrity to deliver the game they advertised. I guess that's believing in "hype" in this industry? That's what this is about. The game is decent, and there is plenty of things to keep people hooked, but it's just not what was advertised. Enjoy.

  • I understand your point. I just didn't agree with what was said about supporters. Over the years I have learned not to get hyped or read into things. If you do, then expect disappointment. I saw a game, got a game and take it as is. I support Bungie for their games because they make great ones. As for what they offer it is like anything else, you get it when they give it and like it or not people will hate and others will love. I will just play.

  • I am admittedly very exacting in my transactions, contractually, gentleman's, or currency wise: I made a generalization and failed to recognize a minority of people who aren't bothered by deficits in their own transactions. I appreciate you speaking up for them.

  • I wasn't referring to financial status or anything of the sort. Just the simple, lack of self worth and inability to achieve anything in life you used to describe certain people supporting a game they actually like and want to see become more.

  • But I do appreciate your mature conversation on the matter, it is quite rare. I too was looking forward to a new raid. But let's just hope what we are getting can keep us occupied until that time and that it is what it is made out to be.

I appreciate your comments as well. I am blunt, and it goes as far as being rude sometimes, but it's only because the only thing I care about is honesty and truth. Feelings and intrinsic values pertinent to goods and services are hardly even peripheral to me. Thank you for your own maturity and integrity.
