They should have said each expansion includes end-game content. Nightfall, Iron Banner, Raids are all end-game content and it's being expanded with PoE.
I think it will be very different compared to both (nightfall) strikes and raids. We get new end game content. That's great. And it's a NEW type of end-game content? Well that's even better.
