3-man activity=strike. 6 man-activity=raid. Do you see the obvious difference? Just because they slap "end-game" on it, does not make it "raid-like". It's definitely more "strike-like", obviously.

Definition of a raid: a sudden attack on an enemy by troops, aircraft, or other armed forces in warfare. synonyms: attack, assault, descent, blitz, incursion, sortie It doesn't have to be 6 manned it can be 3 manned just like the people soloed the raids, players don't matter.

That is not Bungies/Destiny definition of a raid. And if it were "technically" a raid. They would just call it a 3-man raid. You're simply pulling shit out of your ass.

I could agree with you here, at the time of release PoE could have been the idea of a raid, I mean the fallen raid it all the time and get a archon priest out.

I guess that depends on your definition of "Raid". If you want to be super anal about it and say that a Raid is a 6-man co-operative mission, then no. If you want to say that a Raid is end-game content that earns you unique rewards, then yes. IMO it's not a "raid" per se, but its an end-game activity that involves mechanics we haven't seen yet, therefore I am excited to check it out. Anything new in Destiny is much appreciated at this point.
