On the Bng stream they said they would add weapon upgrading for legendarys with etheric light, and exotics without Xur. Also, they added weapon reforging. In House of Wolves of course.

I know. If you saw the original idea it was an upgrade path from uncommon to legendary and max light. Bungie already did the max light portion so using what they made and trying to tie it in for simplicity and ease of operation I redesigned my idea to incorporate the system they already plan to implement
