You need a gun to destroy oracles. As long as it does it's job quickly it doesn't matter what it is. The key is the black hammer in your secondary slot. Not much else matters. Don't throw nades. Don't launch rockets. Just crit shot repeatedly with the hammer. Your primary should be selected to kill stuff when you don't get teleported.
