The foil is best but most dont have. I use my calling fusion rifle. It two shoots oracles and the charge rate and reload speed are amazing. Ive yet to see anyone clear oracles faster than me.

Fusion rifles do good damage on oracles I'm surprised not alot of people use them more often

Right no need to use an exotic legendary with good charge rate is perfect
