Normal = Fun
Hard = UnFun
...i would do hard if my friends ask me to help them out (i've been told i was pretty decent sword carrier), but other than that i avoid Hard raids, i prefer taking new players through Normals

It depends because you get more shards and energy..

current stock: 300+ ascendant shards 150+ ascendant energy 80+ radiant shards 80+ radiant energy ...this is with 3 different characters with maxed Raid Gear plus at least 1-2 other Legendary gear pieces for EACH slots (mainly for PvP purposes) and each with al least 15 Legendary weapons all maxed ...i do understand why people play Hard raids, but for me it really makes no sense ;)
