Why the assumption that all swords woulf have high impact? Why the assumption that smgs would have same stats as a low impact high rof AR?

Why would it have same stats as a good AR cause it won't.. How many people you see using hardlight. Almost none. All SMG are high fire rate low impact in any game or its not a smg
