Honestly if you're running ahead of your teammates in the lamps you're not helping. If you're soloing lamps go ahead and use mida but if not, use something with firefly(if u got it). Mida is an ok exotic but why use it when you could be using ghorn, ice breaker or any other better exotics.

I always run ahead as my void walker and nova bomb the caboose of thrall that are behind my team.....at every lamp....through the entire maze. Best way to do it IMO.

Icebreaker does the same thing

Icebreaker doesn't do near as much destruction as a nova bomb with enemies explode turned on. The aoe alone clears out all of them and keeps the fresh spawns away.

But in the situation where you don't have obsidian mind and your voidwalker, icebreaker works wonders. You can kill an entire thrall group with one or two icebreaker shots. It also has lightweight so you can get to the lamps at the front of your team, turn around, and cover them. Also if you use it enough you can hipfire from a pretty good distance. Not to mention that nearly everyone has an icebreaker.

As a Titan I just jump the wall and kill/bubble the ogre.....as a hunter I just use mida and outrun the thralls and play Sam fisher at the plate :) warlock is by far the most entertaining :D
