To me the guy in the video sounds like he's saying "get off my gun" as if he has a hand on it, in no part of the video did I hear "he's got my gun", also the statement released by the police implies that he reached for it and maybe got a hand on it, trust me if he had actually gotten the gun they would have said something about it.

1 ReplyHe took the officers gun from him, you can hear the officer saying "I lost my gun" "he has my gun". When someone takes an officers gun they are taking it to try and kill the officer, not to ask them what generation glock they have. The other officer was justified in shooting him because he was a threat to everyone in the area. If the officer did not shoot him there would have been more people killed.

Grabbed one of the officers guns or pulled out a gun of his own Or 2. The officer was angry he was punched in the face so they shot him. If an officer orders you to drop the weapon five times you damn well better drop the weapon Edit:2 you can see him grab the gun at 16 seconds.
