Hey guys. Was just wondering if you get legendary packages with the postmaster each time you rank up after 3 with a faction in the same way as you do with the Vanguard? Also is there a maximum rank you can hit with these factions or is it unlimited like Vanguard? Iv got a lot of faction weapons dropped already so I was just looking for info to decide whether or not it's worth bothering with them or to just keep grinding Vanguard as I seem to be getting a lot of the faction gear with random drops anyway.
