It's hands down the best rocket launcher in the game, but it's not worth your exotic slot most of the time. In fact mine has been sitting in my vault at 302 since I upgraded it when Xur sold the upgrade like the second week of TDB. Probably would be smart to level it, but right now I don't really need it for anything.
