Yes it is, I've been in easy Crota raids trying to get the blackhammer with 31s, none with the baller, and all 5 of them struggling to get him down because their poverty rocket launchers with puny damage and just aren't cutting it. All it takes is 2 single gallys and he's on his knees begging
