That sounds terrible man. I'm sorry for you. However, my buddy works at a repair shop and has been there for over 6 months and they have only received 2 xbox ones and both were because the disk drive got stuck. He has seen quite a few PS4s roll through there for numerous reasons. It's actually the reason why he bought an Xbox One.
