Great post OP! I really couldn't have said it better, it's just a shame that they won't listen and they probably don't care. I had faith in Bungie until they posted this garbage and now I can see that they just don't care. PvE is just getting harder and harder and eventually we will all just have sling shots with stones for weapons because everything will eventually suck. I'm really regretting buying the DLC.

Edited by SoIidus Snake: 2/10/2015 6:22:46 PMThanks Hopefully the "Slingshot" will not find a niche in the crucible , or it will probably be nerfed and replaced with a rubber band that You flick off your finger and takes 500 shots to kill someone with. Then a month later They'll nerf the rubber bands range , accuracy and damage so people will use the underused "potato gun" introduced with the new DLC instead. ;)
