I had an interesting thought about the stranger the other day. The whole game is about you becoming a legend, although you never get the feeling that you are one in the game. Every legend has a beginning, and this is ours. However the stranger comes from a different time. She comments that the vex brought both of you to that place, she already knew who you were, and sent you to kill the heart of the vex. What if she came from a future where you have become legendary, but the vex's plans have already begun to tear humanity to pieces. She comes back in time to give you advice and have you do missions that will greatly affect the future but can only maintain the connection for a short time. Kinda rambled, and maybe forgot to mention something. But this is getting really long.

Kabr died, only Toland survived

The only issue with the stranger is her rifle. If you read the description it has technology that hasn't been made yet suggesting that she is from the future.

I personally want to know very much about Kabr and The Stranger. Kabr was a Titan so am I so that's why and the Stranger...hawt

I've had a theory around in my head about the Exo stranger. I can't prove it or disprove it, like I said, just a theory. I think she's working with Rasputin. I don't know how or why. Just a hunch. I agree she's just not teleporting about. It's temporal. She traveling through time. She makes a comment when you meet her that has always stuck out in my mind. After you ask if she can help she says she can't. Her path is her own but "where our paths cross, the ground will break." To me this isn't simply a plot device. She's saying essentially that if two of us together would wreck anything in our paths. But she is also indirectly saying that our path is our own and if she is from another time, to directly help us, that is to actively engage in our time stream would have serious consequences. Altered time lines and all that. Something that bothers me about the vex is that if they have the ability to erase things, beings from time, why haven't they simply just wiped humanity from existence? I don't think they can, at least not at on that scale. My theory is that Gorgon's can't exist outside the Vault of Glass, for whatever reason. I think they exist outside of time. If the vault exists outside of time then the Gorgons exist outside of it. Outside, outside of time. If that makes since. Another theory I have about the Gorgons is that while the vex are powerful I feel like creating the gorgons takes a lot of energy, materials and time. That's why we don't see them outside the Vault. If the Gatelords protect the realms the vex keep locked out of time then the gorgons are like their last line of defense to any intruders. Perhaps the vex feel (for lack of a better word. Calculate?) if an entity is powerful enough to breach the Vault, that entity shouldn't be taken lightly and shouldn't simply be killed but erased from existence. Better safe than sorry, right? The vex remind me of the daleks. They can mess with time, space and the fabric of reality itself but they are always stopped by a guy with two hearts and a screwdriver. As badass as they are it's always something silly and easy that stops them dead in their tracks.

I think the stranger is a member of an exo group that survived the Collapse with their memories intact. She states that she isn't a guardian when you first meet her and her weapon (strangers rifle) contains parts that aren't supposed to exist yet. Kabr sacrificed himself in the VoG to create the relic so I don't think he'll be knocking around anymore.

There can't be a survivor of the house of wolves raid.. Because we will be the first to participate in it as a personal request from the queen.. Maybe some of the house of wolves fallen freed their archon and servitor from the prison of elders

See, the stranger can travel through time so what if the stranger was one of kabr's fireteam members. They didn't die they were "lost in time" Now I doubt that Kabr is an agent of the nine. Just my own personal opinion.

Look at the non-existent story line so far. There is no way bungie thought it that far out. The latest expansion proves that they are just making it up as they go. Zero planning.
