Who's the real MVP?

Brave SG users who play the middle

33

Guys who don't die as much as they kill

175

Raid weapon guys with no skill

20

When you play three games in a row like I did the other day with only a meager 17 or so total kills and a 7-8.5 KD ratio you can't help but envy the guy who played on B the entire time with a shotgun and got 24 kills/20 deaths for being "MVP".......because really, surprising the worst of the team in campy titan shoulder charge/shotgun tactics makes them superior to you. Then on the other hand I remember that they would present no challenge to me in Skirmish and if they tried to Shotty me I'd simply begin firing my Shingen-E auto rifle while walking backwards......after all, guys like that carry shotguns the entire time and have no range. Funny how we still lose half the time even if I manage not to die like all the idiots on my team, gotta love guys who think this is COD and play the middle all day........SO FUNNY when they bring their shottys and another guy kills them at their own (weak) play style.

Sometimes, it's essential that someone charges straight into the enemy team. What if they're hunkering down around a capture point behind cover that would make long range engagements impossible? Somebody has to break through. Somebody has to blaze a path. And so the shotgunner charges ahead. He will lead the way, he will be the spearhead. He rushes from cover to cover, rapidly approaching the enemy team. The enemy is finally in range. He shoulder charges into the nearest enemy. One less threat to his team. Hoping that the enemy wasn't anticipating such recklessness, he turns to aim his shotgun at the next target. But alas, it is too late. After all, there was no way they wouldn't see the flash of red on their radar. A barrage of rounds impact his body; streaks of arc and solar light from some fusion rifle wielders scorch him, a prepared shotgun user empties a fistful of pellets into him, a startled auto rifle holder panics and sprays him with a wall of lead. But he does not lament, for he knows his sacrifice was not in vain. Each bullet that has torn through him is one less bullet for his allies. His mere presence had caused the enemy to scatter from their cover, and they would now be easy pickings for the marksmen in his team. Some of his more foolish opponents made the mistake of reloading, leavong them completely vulnerable. His body hits the ground and the light starts to fade from his body, but the shotgunner smiles, knowing that he had completed his duty... Unfortunately his teamates were -blam!-ing dumbasses and went off to capture zone A on blind watch.
