Exotic weapons are supposed to be the rarest weapons, unique, and powerful. I particularly expect the Exotic bounty weapons to be worth the grind. However when I got the Pocket Infinity after having to go through numerous challenges, I was disappointed to find it was...well...shit. The image above compares the Pocket Infinity to my 77 Wizard (which I got at level 21 from a Rare Engram). Both their damage maxes out at 300. And from then on, the Legendary 77 Wizard is just better in almost every way. The Charge Rate, Impact, Range and Stability are all better on the 77 Wizard. The Range is particularly appalling on the Pocket Infinity. Perhaps the only thing that might make the Pocket Infinity better than the Wizard is the Full Auto mode, which in itself has become a dreadful "bonus" given that the mag size of the Infinity has been reduced from a maximum size of 8 down to 3. So tell me Bungie - what was the point in me grinding for an Exotic weapon, when my Legendary weapon that I got at level 21 is far better in any aspect of the game? I feel like I've completely wasted my time going for that weapon. [b]If you agree, give this a bump, give it a like, tell your friends, tell anybody who might care. Something needs to be done about all these nerfed Exotics.[/b]
