All I can say is maybe try learning how to use the Pocket Infinity? It is the best PvE fusion rifle in my opinion.
I've seen someone chain almost 20 shots on Atheon with it. With a 3 round magazine.
It is garbage in PvP though.

I guess garbage was a little harsh. Lower charge rates on fusion rifles seem to be much better in PvP, depending on play styles.
