I totally agree with the OP its -blam!-ing wierd that so many doods elect to be female characters

I never said it was weird. I said it's confusing (but I've gotten answers that explain nicely) and I was curious as to why it happens so often.

I can understand why you were curious. In a game where I can make multiple characters I do it a couple reasons. 1 is I like to see all of the characters and armor that the people who made the game took their time to make. I think my female titan looks bad ass and my male warlock is only pretty cool haha. I have an awoken warlock and a human titan so my 3rd will be an exo hunter. 2. To me it's the same thing as guys liking strong female action movie characters. Like Sarah Connor in Terminator or Ripley in Alien. It's not like I want to BE them but they are awesome. I'm not acting like I am a female when I play my titan it's just a character to me. 3. There a plenty of giant male titans walking around Destiny. It's cool to see some variety some times.

It is pretty weird though
-
Not necessarily, no. It all depends on the reasoning behind it.
-
Give me an example of a legitimate answer that isnt wierd (granted its all opinion based in the first place)
-
"Why not?" Perfectly reasonable answer. "There's an under representation of women in video games" is another one.
-
That doesnt explain why males in real life choose to be females in a game over males
-
You're dense as hell
-
Lol no im not dense as hell explain to me how im dense youu -blam!-in chump

It.. It kind of does, yeah.
