PSA: We are currently working on a fix for the Centipede issue

A number of users have been experiencing repeated 'Centipede' errors and are unable to log in. We are working hard on a resolution to this issue, and hope to get it fixed soon. Thank you for all our patience, and [i]All Hail the Sacred Centipede[/i], he requires many sacrifices upon the alter of networking to sate his hunger.

  • I just want to know how you let something like this slip... I mean do companies not test their own games anymore? This seems like it would be a pretty common occurrence if you had actually tested it yourselves. The two prominent things we've seen that trigger it are vault use, and dormitory connections (which I would assume is simply due to heavy traffic on a single large network). How are you just now finding these things out? Are we your only guinea pigs? If beta data transfers into retail will those of us who lost all data and missed events be compensated?
