Incorrect cross save

I recently attempted to cross save guardians from my Xbox to steam. Now I can’t access my 300 light character from my Xbox or steam. Is there any way to fix this?

    Hey there. It looks like during the setup process, you picked Steam when you were asked to select the Active account, the one that will become primary across the setup. So the Warlock on your Steam account is now what you will see when you launch the game on Steam and on XBox. Any characters, progress, inventory, etc, that originated on XBox, is now dormant and unavailable while cross-save is active. If you meant to choose your XBox characters as the primary set, you will need to cancel cross-save. That will make the XBox characters reappear but be available on XBox only, and the Steam character will only be available on Steam. Once the 90-day cooldown has elapsed, you can set cross-save up again, this time making sure to pick XBox as the Active character set.

    • Yes, and you were told how to do it in your previous post. Deactivate cross save, wait 90 days, then reactivate by choosing the correct account. The 90 day wait will be mandatory.
