CrossSave issue

Hey Bungie! I have tried to reach you on a variety of your social media plattforms but that didn't work so i'm trying it here. I recently activated CrossSave on my account. I messed up a bit and now I want do deactivate it. But that's not possible because i recently bought Silver via steam for my account. Now my question is if you guys could please deactivate CossSave for me or help me to resolve that issue so I can play my leveled Characters. (If someone -blam!- this from the community who can help me I would be happy to see a solution thanks) I know that's my fault but I would quite like to play this season because I was only able to play the day 1 raid and after that the crossave thing happened and if I would have to wait the 90 days i wouldn't have much time left to play that season.
