Why didn't anyone get the Arbalest?
Is there a special draw condition or is it a simple error?

3 RepliesTime-gated. Its not "officially" in the game yet. If it were, someone would have it. The Whisper of the Worm was similarly "Missing In Action"...until if finally dropped as a secret quest. We asked for more activities like that quest....so they may be honoring that wish.
