30% nerf to 100 equals 70. 15% buff to 70 equals 80.5. Net nerf = 19.5%
How is this a buff again?
Even after the upcoming scout rifle "buff", this is still the single largest weapon type nerf in the history of the Destiny franchise. And it was stealth too, Lol!

2 RepliesYou're assuming that they didn't reset the scout to its base stat, then gave it a 15% nerf. If I've learned anything from bungie, the people they pay to convey information are terrible at their job.
